It's been almost a year now, with EuroHost. I have a reseller account, and I'm very happy with it. No real problems, and any smaller items were dealt with immediately.
I've never posted a testimonial before, but I think I should now. Maybe someone that's thinking about signing up will read this.
1. Support is unbelievable. I've honestly never had to wait longer than an hour for response times. Even during peak hours, I'll get a reply in about 15 minutes. It's really great.
2. Their servers are fast, and never down. Just last month, I noticed my servers were getting a bit slower than usual. I just let them know (within another support ticket), and now they're the fastest they've ever been.
There's lots more I could say, but I'll stop here.
I've never had or seen a host with so many good reports, and such great service. I'll definitely stick to them in the future, starting with a Dedicated Server!

Yesterday (Easter Sunday 2005) I was trying to set up a blog for my wife. First there waa a Fantastico error. "No problem," I thought, "I'll just download Wordpress and install it myself."
When I got Wordpress set up, MySQL gave me an error 28 on her blog and my blog. So I submitted another support ticket.
Not four hours later were both issues resolved. On a holiday. On a weekend.
You guys are amazing.

Just to add my gratitude to the EuroHost Technical support team. They are patient, professional and fast in sorting out any of the website problems I've had. They go beyond the normal amount of support you would expect from a host.
Before moving to EuroHost I was a bit concerned due to the fact that they are based in the Europe and I'm based in the UK, this makes telephone support out of the question both with the difference in time and the cost of making an overseas call.
When I had problems moving my site over I used the Support Ticket service and I have to say that its the best service I've seen from ANY company. The tickets are answered promptly, dilligently and politely. Not once have they let a ticket go over 24 hours without answering it. Compare that with my ISP who regularly take over 72 hours to answer a ticket and even then it is with a less than satisfactory answer.
So.... this post is just to say, keep up the excellent work. Customers, such as myself, rate quality of service as the number 1 factor in a good host. Because of this, EuroHost are an excellent choice for a webhost. If you are undecided on which host to use, then please take this post as my personal recommendation that you will not find better.
